Exclusion Specialist (Pest Control)

Location: Lakeland, United States; on-site customer locations

What you will do

• Perform rodent exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Repair and modify dwellings to prevent rodents from entering homes.
• Set up and build exclusion traps.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Build customer relationships and respond promptly to phone and in-person service requests.
• Complete paid training to develop knowledge of pest-control products and services.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently after the training period and willingness to learn exclusion and pest control.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience.
• Carpentry experience and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
