Solution Architect, AI Security - US West

Location: Remote within the US; candidates must be based in the Pacific or Mountain timezone. Travel is required as needed for customer engagements and industry events.

Compensation: $275,000–$325,000 total compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer Proof of Value engagements, including deployment, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, stakeholder readouts, and next steps.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations covering AI Security, data classification, DLP use cases, core workflows, and product differentiators.
• Advise sales teams, customers, and prospects on securing the AI data lifecycle, including sensitive data discovery, access governance, and AI system controls.
• Design scalable customer solutions, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies aligned with business goals and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and engineering to communicate customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
• Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows while supporting customer implementation and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical presales within cybersecurity or data security.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, AI agents, shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control.
• Working knowledge of data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Proven experience running technical Proof of Values and product demonstrations that lead to technical wins.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in the Pacific or Mountain timezone. Willingness to travel as needed is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks or AI Security Posture Management tooling.
• Relevant security or cloud certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
