Head of Compliance Product (AI)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compliance product portfolio.
• Lead the product side of the agentic compliance programme, including auditable and explainable AI capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers while setting standards for AI-augmented product work.
• Work closely with customers through design partnerships, analyst shadowing, instrumentation, and internal dogfooding.
• Prioritise zero-to-one initiatives alongside products that customers rely on today.
• Drive rigorous execution, improving product velocity and quality while personally handling the hardest roadmap problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building software products, including leading and developing product managers.
• Demonstrated zero-to-one product experience in an ambiguous and complex domain.
• Product-side depth in financial crime compliance, including transaction monitoring, screening, KYC/EDD, or investigations.
• Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain.
• Experience shipping AI or agentic capabilities to production and using AI in day-to-day product work.
• Strong execution, data-informed decision-making, systems thinking, independent ownership, and judgement in regulated, high-stakes environments.
