Senior Product Manager (Windows Endpoint Platform)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the hirify.global Endpoint Windows Platform.
• Define platform modernization, operating system readiness, security controls, agent architecture, performance, compatibility, reliability, and deployment priorities.
• Partner with Microsoft on strategic roadmap initiatives, ecosystem changes, platform dependencies, and security integrations.
• Work with Engineering and cross-portfolio teams to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, sequence investments, and deliver Windows endpoint capabilities.
• Use endpoint telemetry, customer feedback, support trends, competitive analysis, and platform data to prioritize product decisions.
• Support go-to-market activities through launch narratives, field guidance, partner messaging, customer positioning, adoption plans, and roadmap communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, platform product management, endpoint security, enterprise security, Windows platform, or a related technical product area.
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating system architecture, including kernel and user-mode considerations, security controls, deployment models, diagnostics, performance, compatibility, lifecycle management, and platform change management.
• Experience defining and shipping platform capabilities that improve security efficacy, endpoint resilience, deployment success, operational efficiency, or revenue growth.
• Strong technical fluency in endpoint protection, detection and response, agent architecture, telemetry, update systems, operating system compatibility, and enterprise endpoint administration.
• Ability to translate complex technical work into roadmap priorities, executive narratives, customer value, sales enablement, partner guidance, and adoption plans.
• Clear communication skills across executives, engineering leaders, field teams, partners, customers, and external technology stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Microsoft or other strategic technology partners to influence platform direction and prepare for ecosystem changes.
• Experience building or enabling go-to-market plans for enterprise security products, including launch readiness, customer messaging, partner enablement, and field training.
