Ecommerce Executive (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid role based in Solihull, England, United Kingdom, with attendance at the Solihull headquarters at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage daily ecommerce content execution across the website, app, and retail channels.
• Deliver product launches across multiple international markets and prepare products and content for publication.
• Set up promotions, discount codes, merchandising updates, loyalty activations, and customer-facing messaging.
• Coordinate onsite readiness for seasonal sales, peak trading periods, and other commercial events.
• Maintain product information, categorization, attributes, navigation, search, collection pages, product pages, and recommendations.
• Monitor ecommerce performance, research market and competitor trends, and collaborate on testing and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• Previous ecommerce experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and content or product information systems such as Shopify, Akeneo, Contentful, Algolia, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting product launches across multiple products or markets and delivering promotional campaigns or major trading events.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to use data and insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Confidence working across multiple systems and adopting new technologies.

Nice to have

• Retail ecommerce, Shopify POS, localization, loyalty programs, onsite merchandising, search optimization, or product discovery experience.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalization, reporting tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, or Power BI, and project management tools such as Asana.
• Experience with large product catalogs and PIM systems, or in retail, fashion, or sportswear.
• Experience using AI-powered tools, plus basic HTML, CSS, or intermediate Excel skills.
• Additional language skills.
