Partner, Accounts Payable - Projects (Data Centers)

Location: Onsite at the corporate offices in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida, United States

Company

Operates and develops large-scale data centers for AI, colocation, cloud, and Bitcoin mining workloads.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounts payable for data center development projects across multiple sites and legal entities.
• Manage WBS-based project budgets, cost coding, purchase order matching, invoice approvals, and payment runs.
• Reconcile invoiced amounts with purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and committed contract values.
• Lead vendor onboarding, banking verification, fraud safeguards, bank account openings, and new entity setup.
• Own subledger-to-GL and vendor statement reconciliations, aging reviews, accruals, and month-end close support.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 AP professionals while building scalable workflows and public-company internal controls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep project-based or construction accounts payable experience with purchase order-driven workflows and capitalized costs.
• Experience managing high invoice and payment volumes across multiple legal entities and bank accounts, including urgent wires and ACH payments.
• Fluency with NetSuite and Ramp, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of internal controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
