TL;DR
Hardware Engineer (PCB Design/Prototyping): Developing Battery Charging Equipment across the full hardware cycle, from prototype assembly and debugging to serial production with an accent on PCB layout, component selection, and system integration. What you will do

  • Develop Battery Charging Equipment across the complete hardware development cycle.
  • Assemble, prototype, and thoroughly debug hardware.
  • Draft, design, and optimize PCB layouts for functional modules.
  • Evaluate and select electronic and electromechanical components, including connectors, cables, and functional assemblies.
  • Integrate hardware modules with the overall system in collaboration with embedded software engineers.
  • Define, coordinate, and document End-of-Line testing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Practical experience prototyping hardware projects.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, and 3D printing.
  • Knowledge of PCB design and CAD layout tools.
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
  • Strong hands-on approach to building, measuring, and systematically troubleshooting hardware.

Nice to have

  • Relevant apprenticeship completed before or alongside studies.
  • Experience in embedded software development.
