What you will do

• Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents and other referral partners.
• Analyze loan markets and develop referral networks to identify prospective borrowers.
• Market mortgage products and explain available loan types, credit options, and service terms.
• Meet with applicants, collect information, prepare complete loan applications, and obtain supporting documentation.
• Evaluate applicants’ financial status, credit, and property assessments to determine loan feasibility.
• Coordinate with processing and underwriting, answer customer questions, resolve complaints, and support closings, open houses, seminars, and other lead-generation activities.

Requirements

• NMLS license required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Knowledge of retail mortgage products, policies, underwriting procedures, documentation, and systems.
• Experience proactively soliciting new business.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating credit requests and identifying marketplace trends.
• Full-time availability for the role based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
