Senior Product Manager - Enterprise AI

What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the internal enterprise AI ecosystem, agentic platforms, and modern AI stack, including hirify.globalGPT.
• Scale AI capabilities to improve productivity and decision-making across the global workforce.
• Partner with IT and Data leadership to prioritize initiatives, maintain governance, and align enterprise AI investments with business goals.
• Lead customer engagements, stakeholder relationships, consensus building, budgets, and cross-functional change initiatives.
• Drive lean process facilitation, data-driven continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Mentor product managers and lead complex projects through ambiguity and crisis resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of technology experience at the enterprise level.
• Experience demonstrating strong learning agility and strategic product leadership.
• Ability to manage complex projects, build consensus, and communicate persuasively across organizational levels.
