Inventory Control Specialist

What you will do

• Monitor and ensure accurate, timely data entry and transaction completion within the Helios IC system.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using specialized tools.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory systems and related transactions.
• Process incoming cash reconciliations and ensure timely submission of records.
• Coordinate regularly with warehouse and logistics managers to maintain awareness of current activities.
• Perform general office and clerical duties as required.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with purchasing, inventory control, and accounting principles.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
• Must be able to meet physical demands, including sitting for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work in an office environment with potential for irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
