Sr. Marketing Specialist (B2B)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and measure integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the Americas.
• Translate commercial priorities into marketing plans in partnership with sales and business leaders.
• Manage digital marketing across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, web, and social channels.
• Support account-based marketing, audience targeting, lead nurture campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Develop and localize content for regional markets and customer needs.
• Track campaign performance, optimize conversion and lead quality, and communicate insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Approximately five years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, integrated campaign execution, and managing multiple priorities independently.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to support commercial objectives and pipeline development.
• Experience with account-based marketing, audience targeting, content localization, and campaign analytics.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with ownership from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Des Moines, Iowa, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, professional services, assurance, sustainability, or other complex B2B environments.
