Site IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer (Incheon)

What you will do

• Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, application, and basic connectivity issues across office, warehouse, manufacturing, and laboratory environments.
• Manage device lifecycle activities, including building, deploying, maintaining, and replacing equipment.
• Execute site changes and technology deployments according to defined processes, standards, and risk controls.
• Maintain asset records, documentation, and high-quality tickets in ITSM tools.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in IT support and service restoration in operationally sensitive environments.
• Structured troubleshooting skills for L1/L2 endpoint, application, and connectivity issues.
• Customer-focused communication and the ability to work with end users, site leaders, senior analysts, and global IT teams.
• Strong ITIL discipline, documentation, ticketing, and follow-through.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, ability to travel 10–20%, and ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 20 kg.

• Strong IT support operations knowledge or ITIL certification.
• Technical knowledge of systems, infrastructure, and security.
