Vietnamese Language Manager (AI)

Location: Singapore; current right to work in Singapore required, with no hirify.global visa sponsorship

What you will do

• Develop market expertise and language strategies that enable natural Vietnamese experiences for hirify.global users.
• Partner with Vietnam-focused Marketing, Public Relations, Product, Engineering, and international localization teams.
• Establish localization needs, deadlines, quality standards, and launch requirements with stakeholders.
• Create and evolve Vietnamese language guidelines with a focus on AI-based quality improvements.
• Engage local stakeholders, communicate priorities, and share updates on language strategy and localization services.
• Use knowledge of Vietnamese user expectations to improve product language quality and meet market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese required for presenting to Vietnamese clients and advocating for hirify.global products.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and leadership levels.
• Current right to work in Singapore; hirify.global visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• 5 years of experience in creative, localization, journalism, public communications, or online marketing and advertising.
• Experience as a Vietnamese translator, linguist, copywriter, writer, or editor.
• Experience in project or program management, partner and stakeholder management, and cross-functional work across time zones.
• Experience using Generative AI and understanding LLM limitations related to linguistic and cultural nuance, bias, and factual accuracy.
