What you will do

• Provide suitable regulated financial advice based on customers’ needs, objectives, and circumstances.
• Assess customer information and recommend appropriate financial planning solutions and products.
• Deliver advice in line with Consumer Duty, FCA requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal standards.
• Build trusted customer relationships and support customers throughout their advice journey, including vulnerable customers.
• Manage performance against quality, activity, risk, compliance, and productivity objectives.
• Maintain technical and regulatory knowledge, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning, and related financial planning solutions.
• Good understanding of regulated financial advice and the UK financial services market.
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty, FCA requirements, vulnerable customer obligations, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice and achieving positive customer outcomes.
• Experience working to quality, risk, compliance, and productivity standards, with strong collaboration skills.
