Manager, Global Social Responsibility

Location: Hard Rock Metropolitan Park Hotel & Casino, Queens/New York

Salary: $100,000–$146,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead local development of responsible gambling, anti-human trafficking, and environmental sustainability programs, initially prioritizing responsible gambling.
• Represent Hard Rock and manage relationships, projects, and research collaborations with Queens and New York community partners.
• Support commitments with regulatory agencies and contribute to social responsibility communications and marketing.
• Manage and analyze program data, coordinate operational activities, and evaluate program performance.
• Develop team member engagement strategies, lead meetings, and ensure program compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with New York departments and corporate teams across quality assurance, brand standards, design and construction, communications, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in social responsibility or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in social responsibility, research, quantitative data analysis, project management, marketing, communications, and public reporting.
• Ability to develop and execute program strategy across multiple disciplines and work with complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, data, judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments and working with government policies and third-party standards.
• High school education or equivalent and an undergraduate degree; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in responsible gambling, gaming, hotel, cafe, or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of compliance and social responsibility needs in gaming and hospitality.
• Experience with Hard Rock International or Seminole Gaming corporate environments.
