Event Senior Sales Manager, Hotel Services –Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center (Hospitality)

Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States; onsite work in a hotel and convention center environment

Salary: $63,409–$75,055 per year

What you will do

• Lead consultative sales for assigned groups and secure business through proactive customer engagement.
• Develop high-end event and advanced audiovisual technology solutions, including upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Prepare presentations, lead sales meetings, and support site visits and pre-conference planning.
• Manage customer, hotel, vendor, and internal department relationships throughout the event lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, quotas, and lead assignments.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and coach Sales Team members on complex events and sales best practices.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or at least 3 years of hirify.global or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to interpret financial reports and records.
• Technical aptitude, computer proficiency, and CRM knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours and on-call shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Sales experience in audiovisual technology or hospitality.
• Knowledge of CAD and Oracle.
