Treasury Management Client Services Associate II

Salary: $70,304–$72,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets of 10% cash and 10% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Provide post-onboarding client training and support for Treasury Management services.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and virtual channels while maintaining detailed interaction records.
• Troubleshoot product functionality issues, diagnose problems, and resolve service requests within quality and turnaround standards.
• Support implementation of new Treasury Management services and products in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review client documentation, onboarding materials, and service agreements for accuracy and completeness.
• Research client needs, develop solutions, obtain internal approvals, and escalate complex matters to senior staff or management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Treasury Management, or a similar financial institution role.
• Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests.
• Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify and successful credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening are required.
