Senior AI Adoption & Enablement Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 75% remote work and one day per week required in the Warsaw office, Poland.

Salary: Up to 140 PLN/h net + VAT.

What you will do

• Drive the implementation, rollout, configuration, and adoption of AI-powered tools across engineering teams.
• Design and build AI workflows and agents using Agentic SDLC practices, prompt engineering, and Spec-Driven Development.
• Identify engineering-team needs and translate them into practical AI implementations.
• Lead technical workshops, hands-on rollout sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Analyze tool-usage data and feedback to unify engineering practices and iteratively improve implementations.
• Create technical documentation, standards, playbooks, and knowledge-base content while building team autonomy.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a software development environment as a developer, analyst, tester, DevOps specialist, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a related role.
• Experience implementing AI tools or solutions within IT teams and integrating them into software development processes.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, agile cross-functional teams, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Practical knowledge of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or M365 Copilot.
• Experience with Agentic SDLC, including prompt engineering, Spec-Driven Development, and AI workflow or agent design.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English are required.

• Experience rolling out developer tools within a large-scale organization.
• Knowledge of safe and responsible AI usage in highly regulated organizations.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or the MCP protocol.
