Staff Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Plan, source, negotiate, and deliver complex global data center projects from inception through deployment.
• Negotiate with data center and carrier providers for colocation space, IP transit, dark fiber, and wave services while ensuring regional compliance.
• Conduct business and service reviews with global vendors to maintain service and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to assess requirements and track service delivery through utilization.
• Communicate project updates to cross-functional partners, from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in data center operations, global carrier services, or related infrastructure roles.
• Proven vendor management experience, including commercial agreements and contract negotiations.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud and data center operations, infrastructure, and carrier networks.
• Active exploration and integration of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
