Analytics Lead, Fullstack (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay: $185,000–$245,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $164,000–$224,000 per year in other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Define hypotheses and design experiments to evaluate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Influence Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue, Strategic Partnerships, and Pricing teams.
• Build scalable data models, metrics, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows while mentoring analysts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on major product, risk, or business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending, credit metrics, portfolio performance, and lending economics.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including statistical analysis, experimental design, and A/B testing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar assistants in analytical workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous field or equivalent practical experience.
