Focus on resolving material and invoice issues, monitoring supplier and 3PL performance, tracking imported shipments and ISO tanks, and improving supply chain visibility.

What you will do
- Purchase raw materials, intermediates, components, and finished packages for the Singapore Manufacturing Plant.
- Place and manage purchase orders, track order status and delivery dates, and maintain accurate shipment information in SAP.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality teams, and third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time material arrivals.
- Track imported shipments, vessel status, ETAs, ISO tank returns, demurrage, and freight activities.
- Resolve material quality issues, invoice discrepancies, and supplier non-conformances while following up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct 3PL audits and support digitalization, process improvement, supply chain visibility, and data quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluency with SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft productivity tools.
- Selected candidates work in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
