Salary: $145,200–$159,400 per year

What you will do
- Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate nursing education curricula and clinical training programs, including orientation, annual education, safe patient handling, and de-escalation.
- Manage professional development programs such as preceptorship, mentorship, and leadership development.
- Coordinate educational initiatives with Clinical Specialists and Clinical Nurse Educators across central and unit-level teams.
- Oversee online education content, simulation programs, course faculty, instructors, and delivery effectiveness.
- Track participation, knowledge, and skill attainment metrics and prepare reports for nursing leadership.
- Manage educational resources and ensure training documentation meets regulatory and continuing education standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of nursing, leadership, education, and project management theories and their application to program development and evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and apply education technologies, including gamification, simulation, and instructional design.
- Ability to maintain evidence-based nursing practice and comply with applicable nursing licensure and registration requirements.
- Ability to align practice and education programs with organizational mission, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
