What you will do
- Manage the training curriculum for Oncology Business Unit sales teams.
- Support new-hire onboarding and ensure curriculum compliance.
- Facilitate live Phase II training programs and drive field readiness.
- Partner with regional sales directors, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on product launches, label updates, and semester meeting content.
- Coach and develop training staff while supporting sales capability and scalable learning practices.
- Coordinate multiple projects, teams, timelines, and financial targets.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree plus 2 years of training, sales, and/or marketing experience; or a masterβs degree plus 6 years; bachelorβs degree plus 8 years; associateβs degree plus 10 years; or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years.
- At least 2 years of direct people management or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
- Experience defining training goals and objectives with internal clients and managing delivery to timelines and financial targets.
- Experience collaborating with sales, regulatory, legal, compliance, and vendor-management functions.
- Strong communication, coaching, selling, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work in a U.S.-based field role.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of training, sales, and/or marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical-device industries.
- Experience developing future talent and leading multiple priorities with limited supervision.
