SAP Localization Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Multiple locations in Poland; flexible hybrid model with work partially from home and the office

What you will do

• Participate in SAP DRC implementations, rollouts, and related projects delivering country-specific VAT, tax, and statutory reporting solutions.
• Provide SAP advisory services to clients in VAT, tax, and reporting areas.
• Assess client localization requirements and prepare SAP localization schemes.
• Collaborate with tax departments to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and solve problems independently.
• Track client needs and stay current with SAP compliance solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading the localization aspects of SAP implementation or rollout projects, particularly for Central European countries.
• Knowledge of VAT, corporate tax compliance, and statutory reporting processes in Central Europe.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive approach and a can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing SAP DRC, eDocument, or SAP BTP.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Experience with Agile project management.
