Junior Project Support Specialist (Albanian Language)

Location: Wroclaw, Poland; work from the office

What you will do

• Review, verify, and maintain the accuracy, completeness, and spelling of map-related information for the Albanian market.
• Provide support and resolve client inquiries in Albanian.
• Process written requests in the ticketing system.
• Deliver service aligned with project KPIs.
• Maintain the confidentiality of project and client data.

Requirements

• Albanian language at a minimum B2 level is mandatory.
• English at a minimum B2 level is required.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to understand and follow project policy guidelines.
• Good hand-eye coordination for annotation work.
• Availability for office-based work during standard Monday–Friday office hours.
