Mechanical Intern (HVAC)

Location: Onsite in Glen Allen, Virginia, or Lexington, Kentucky

Salary: $17.20–$19.20 per hour

What you will do

• Perform calculations supporting the design and documentation of HVAC systems under direct supervision.
• Develop construction documents using CAD/BIM platforms, primarily Revit.
• Assist engineers with tasks on active architecture and engineering projects.
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate technical information in written and oral form.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited college mechanical engineering program.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening is required.
• Ability to regularly perform job functions at the company's office or worksite.
• Ability to read and write complex documents in English.
