Quality Assurance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Bay Springs, Mississippi, United States; onsite

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System to support ISO alignment, defect prevention, and process control.
• Manage quality tools and documentation, including process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and quality records.
• Oversee internal audits, corrective action systems, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions.
• Support process and product validation, inspection methods, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the facility during ISO, third-party, and customer audits.
• Manage, train, and develop QA personnel, including Level I, II, and III NDE inspectors, while collaborating with operations and plant leadership.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of quality control experience in APQP-style quality systems.
• At least 4 years of AS9100/ISO auditing experience.
• At least 4 years of technical and procedure development writing experience.
• Experience in technical or manufacturing industries; welding, CNC, and cutting knowledge is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; an associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
