Salary: $93,000–$139,500 per year

What you will do

• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve yield, energy efficiency, and reliability.
• Plan test runs and develop projects addressing process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in hazard evaluations, incident investigations, management of change, and Process Hazard Analysis.
• Support turnaround and outage execution, including planning, scope development, and post-event evaluations.
• Maintain process documentation and troubleshoot unit mass balances within tolerance.

Requirements

• Chemical Engineering major and a bachelor's degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time indefinite basis without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be a former hirify.global Corporation intern.
• Valid driver's license.
