AI Enablement Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Advise business leaders and subject matter experts on AI opportunities, conduct discovery sessions, and identify processes suitable for automation or augmentation.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases, maintain the intake process and implementation backlog, and support business cases for AI investments.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, and other AI-enabled solutions.
• Configure solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and other approved enterprise technologies.
• Develop prompts, agent instructions, knowledge repositories, and integrations with business systems and data sources.
• Improve data quality, information architecture, knowledge management, usability, adoption, and solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in technology, analytics, product management, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience building AI agents, workflow automations, low-code applications, or similar solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 information architecture, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Python, APIs, data integrations, scripting, automation development, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Ability to work with AI governance, data privacy, confidentiality, human review, source grounding, hallucination risk, output validation, and compliance-sensitive processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data cleansing, data governance, information management, or knowledge management initiatives.
• Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders.
