Sr. Technical Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA, US

Salary: $90,100–$153,300 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and commercialize new product introduction and sustaining projects within deadlines and budget.
• Analyze project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage the critical path.
• Create project governance covering costs, schedules, scope, resources, objectives, and risk tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party organizations, and clients from concept through commercialization.
• Manage project work plans, daily operations, scope changes, escalations, team conflict, and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with design history files, regulatory standards, the Stage Gate process, SOPs, and QMS procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience leading medical device development.
• Experience with medical device development under FDA Quality System Regulations.
• Experience with CE Marking and ISO Quality Systems.
• Technical project management experience across software, medical disposables, and hardware product development.
• Work location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
