IS Tech Lead (Cloud)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; office workplace

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
• Provide technical and consultative support for complex hardware and software issues.
• Use technical tools for systems development and support while monitoring industry trends.
• Work with the solution architecture team to maintain IT and regulatory standards.
• Lead specific projects and advise or train less experienced technical staff.
• Collaborate with IT, vendor, and business groups to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of related experience, or an additional 4 years of related work experience may be considered.
• Experience with Python, AWS or GCP, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and advise inexperienced technical team members.
• Ability to work in a multi-platform environment and balance development with support responsibilities.
