Senior Marketing Manager 12-month temporary role

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Lead integration between Product Groups and Licensing & Extended Line teams by translating portfolio priorities into marketing strategy and direction.
• Develop marketing narratives that communicate audience strategies, franchise ambitions, and licensing partner opportunities.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure cohesive storytelling across consumer products, publishing, licensing, and retail experiences.
• Create style guide briefs, audience insight packages, franchise Jobs-To-Be-Done frameworks, one-pagers, and other marketing assets.
• Lead brand and franchise marketing materials for partner milestones and strategic events, including licensing shows and partner summits.
• Develop a standardized marketing toolbox that supports partner planning, sell-in, and go-to-market activation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional marketing experience developing and executing strategies from concept through activation.
• Ability to influence and lead within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with partners across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity and establish new processes.
