Bus Station & Infrastructure Intern (m/f/d) (Traveltech)

Location: Milan office, hybrid model with mandatory office presence 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Prepare and obtain station documentation required for hirify.global coaches to access stops across the Italian and European network.
• Coordinate with network planning, traffic control, operations, business development, and European Bus Station teams.
• Handle permit requests for foreign lines entering Italy and Italian lines operating abroad.
• Liaise with municipality clerks and local police by phone and email regarding stop changes and emergencies.
• Use company tools to create stops, manage alternative stops, download passenger lists and timetables, and check active lines.
• Prepare Restricted Traffic Zone permits and license plate documentation for stations and airports, including digital data entry.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Political Science, Architecture, Economics, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Native-speaker-level Italian and fluent English required.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Motivated, proactive, independent, reliable, and responsible working style.
• Availability for a six-month internship in the Milan office with hybrid attendance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another European language.
