What you will do

• Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and products.
• Design and implement effective local sourcing plans for products and materials to reach business targets.
• Support the development of local sourcing strategies in line with business requirements.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Participate in and deliver training programs to ensure compliance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
