Trade Compliance Specialist (f/m/d)

Location: Pinerolo, Italy

Salary: Minimum gross annual salary of €35,000

What you will do

• Monitor customs and international trade laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, including export controls and trade sanctions.
• Manage import and export licenses as required.
• Maintain relationships with international suppliers and customers.
• Resolve issues involving shipment delays, damage, or loss of goods.
• Manage long-term supplier and vendor declarations and certificates of origin.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in international trade.
• Fluent English required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
