What you will do

• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to turn business challenges into data and AI solutions.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and guide customers from concept through delivery.
• Own complex data project delivery, shaping technical approaches and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor consultants, and help expand data delivery capabilities.
• Manage risks, challenge assumptions, and act as an escalation point for solution and delivery decisions.
• Support pre-sales through solution design, estimates, proposals, and statements of work.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading customer-facing data projects from discovery and design through implementation and support.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and lakehouse architectures.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data engineering, SQL, Python, and semantic modelling.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing technical leadership, managing delivery risks, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Relevant Microsoft and/or Databricks certifications.
