TL;DR
Sr. Analyst, Solution Consulting (Credit Analytics): Developing credit solution consulting engagements for lenders by analyzing credit behavior data, identifying business needs, and designing data-driven solutions with an accent on segmentation, financial modeling, and decisioning tools. Focus on leading complex client proposals, translating technical capabilities into value stories, and coordinating end-to-end implementation with sales, IT, and product teams.
Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid with in-person work at an assigned office at least two days per week

What you will do
- Create segmentations and analyses using credit behavior or alternative data to address lender use cases.
- Identify customer and industry needs, analyze data, and develop solution demonstrations and return-on-investment proposals.
- Manage consulting projects and activities supporting new business opportunities and existing services.
- Contribute to account strategy, solution positioning, sales planning, pipeline generation, and deal closing.
- Develop, deliver, and lead implementation of professional solution proposals.
- Coordinate with sales, IT, product, and account teams on solution development, product requirements, and client engagements.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting, including strong knowledge of credit and analytics consulting.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit consulting or analytics consulting is highly desirable.
- Experience in financial modeling, benchmarking, quantitative analysis, segmentation, validation, or monitoring.
- Statistical programming experience is required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong PowerPoint presentation skills are essential. Experience with SAS, R, or Python is preferred.
- Ability to manage complex consulting assignments, facilitate customer workshops, solve problems, and communicate technical product information as compelling business stories.
- Banking experience, analytical expertise, AI/ML experience, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project management capability are required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or equivalent in management, such as an MBA or MSc.
- Experience launching or selling solutions to clients.
- Exposure to Design Thinking or similar workshop-facilitation approaches.
