What you will do
- Provide legal support to asset servicing businesses across EMEA, focusing on fund services, global custody, depositary, fund administration, and investment operations.
- Work with advisory lawyers to prepare, review, and maintain playbooks, checklists, and guidance notes.
- Assist with the initial review of contractual obligations related to privacy incidents and review marketing materials.
- Draft and review non-disclosure, intercompany, amendment, and market-standard product agreements and terms of business.
- Prepare execution versions, coordinate transaction signings through DocuSign, and manage legal billing and invoices.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and help develop and manage AI Legal agents.
Requirements
- Senior paralegal or paralegal experience in a reputable financial services law firm or financial institution, preferably with asset management or asset servicing expertise.
- Exposure to depositary, fund administration, global custody, or related asset servicing businesses.
- Detailed knowledge of market-driven and regulatory initiatives affecting fund management, depositary, or custody services across multiple jurisdictions, client types, or asset classes.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with experience supporting advisory lawyers.
- Strong integrity, commercial judgment, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Applicants must already have the right to work in Ireland; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
