Data Analyst (AdTech/Omnichannel)

Location: India only; no transfers to U.S./UK planned

Overview

Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company with adtech roots, working on award-winning analytics products like HCP365, Signal, and Omnichannel. The role involves ownership of complex data workflows, automation, and delivering actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

• Own key workflows such as HCP365 and Omnichannel end-to-end
• Support enterprise-level Omnichannel operations
• Build and improve BigQuery SQL pipelines and Airflow DAGs
• Conduct R&D and contribute to product roadmap planning
• Provide data deep dives, troubleshooting, and ad hoc analysis for clients
• Translate complex data into client-facing insights and dashboards

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in data analysis, SQL, attribution methodologies, and workflow tools
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and web analytics platforms
• Able to work 9am-6pm EST (6:30pm-3:30am IST) and remote work is acceptable
• Must be located in India

Nice to have

• Python for automation or workflow logic
• Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines
• Exposure to AI agents, automation tools, dashboard design, and data storytelling
• Background in statistics or ELT experience
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Confluence
• Experience with health-related datasets and workflow optimization
