AI Implementation Specialist (AI Governance, Gateways, & Platform Control)

What you will do

• Gather customer process and AI strategy requirements, define success metrics, and align priorities with the platform's capabilities.
• Advise enterprise customers on AI security, governance, visibility, and operationalization using telemetry to recommend compliance policies.
• Design and implement AI governance policies across SaaS and desktop AI applications and agents.
• Configure AI control points such as MCP Gateways, API proxies, inference hooks, and Model Context Protocol connectors.
• Deliver executive-facing technical demonstrations, documentation, enablement sessions, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize AI solutions while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role at an enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure vendor.
• 2+ years of enterprise software delivery or technical consulting experience, including hands-on AI tooling, LLM integrations, or modern API architectures.
• Experience guiding Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers through complex technical deployments or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security, Data Loss Prevention, Zero Trust, and sensitive data handled by LLMs, including PII, intellectual property, and source code.
• Understanding of web application execution, REST, Webhooks, JSON-RPC, JavaScript/browser execution models, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong executive communication and technical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• CISSP, CCSP, or Cloud/AI Practitioner certification.
• Experience with LiteLLM, LangChain, custom inference hooks, enterprise browsers, endpoint security, or Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience integrating telemetry and audit logs with Splunk, Datadog, Microsoft Sentinel, or other SIEM and analytics platforms.
• Exposure to NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, SOC 2, or other AI governance and privacy frameworks.
