Senior Manager, Executive Protection

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the Bentonville Home Office with domestic and international travel to facilities and work-sites

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation

What you will do

• Lead and oversee a comprehensive executive protection program, including travel security, logistics, and transportation coordination.
• Direct protective intelligence efforts and risk assessments covering threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional security risk projects and recommend actions aligned with global security strategy.
• Coordinate with public- and private-sector partners to support executive travel and security operations.
• Drive multiple security initiatives, remove obstacles, adjust priorities, and ensure performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in executive protection, protective intelligence, personal protective services, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional security programs and initiatives.
• Operational expertise in executive travel security and global logistics coordination.
• People leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Must be eligible for and obtain an Arkansas Enhanced Concealed Carry License and Arkansas Commissioned Security Officer License within 90 days of hire.
• If eligible, must obtain and maintain a LEOSA H.R. 218 credential through an authorized affiliated law enforcement agency. A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, risk management, or a related field plus four years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience, is required.

Nice to have

• Personal protective services experience or LEOSA eligibility/licensure.
• Medical training or certification, such as EMT or paramedic credentials.
