Senior Application Security Engineer (ASPM/SSPM)

Location: Onsite at the ISD Office and Bentonville Home Office in the United States; primary location is Bentonville, Arkansas. Salary information also references Herndon, Virginia.

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000 in Bentonville, Arkansas, or $108,000–$216,000 in Herndon, Virginia, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Support, administer, configure, integrate, and maintain the operational health of ASPM, SSPM, and related security platforms.
• Align Product Security tooling with Application Security capabilities, standards, workflows, and roadmaps.
• Define technical requirements, use cases, success criteria, and evaluation methods for security technologies.
• Lead proofs of concept and document recommendations based on security value, scalability, integration fit, operational effort, and total cost.
• Integrate security platforms with source code management, CI/CD, ticketing, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, and security systems.
• Improve security context, automation, governance, and remediation workflows in collaboration with developers, engineering, product, and business teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating, administering, and integrating ASPM, SSPM, application security, SaaS security, or cloud security platforms.
• Experience owning security platform configuration, integrations, access management, upgrades, troubleshooting, vendor engagement, operational health, and roadmap planning.
• Understanding of SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets scanning, API security, cloud security, identity, and related security signals.
• Experience aggregating, correlating, prioritizing, and operationalizing security signals through posture management platforms.
• Experience evaluating security technologies against defined use cases, security gaps, technical requirements, integration needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work onsite at the United States office location.
