Salesforce Consultant (LSAP)

Location: Anywhere, USA

Estimated base salary: $100,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Make declarative changes in customer Salesforce organizations while following QA and launch procedures.
• Partner with customers to design solutions that improve user efficiency and business processes.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues with Support Engineers across application, database, network, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to define and implement future-state solutions for client organizations.
• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, reports, dashboards, applications, and Flow automations.
• Advise customers on Salesforce best practices, alternative solutions, SLAs, and timely request resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce as an IT leader, administrator, or consultant.
• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce automations, including record-triggered Flows, collections, loops, and third-party Lightning components.
• Strong Salesforce administration and configuration knowledge; Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration from CSV, SQL, or other systems using tools such as Apex Data Loader.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills from prior customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks while de-escalating issues when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience with FinancialForce or Accounting Seed, or knowledge of legal accounting.
• Experience researching, installing, and configuring Salesforce applications.
