QA Test Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead QA delivery for embedded system integration, functional and non-functional testing, deployment, and configuration processes.
• Define and implement the QA team’s AI-augmented testing strategy, including AI-assisted test generation, execution, maintenance, and visual regression testing.
• Drive test automation, Agile testing, risk-based testing, and migration of manual test sets.
• Integrate AI-driven checks into CI/CD pipelines and establish governance for AI-generated test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small QA team while coordinating with test leads, remote sites, SMEs, and global partners.
• Own testing strategies, templates, documentation, KPI reporting, and support for ISO, EN, and SIL audits.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of test leadership experience, including work with teams distributed across several countries.
• Experience managing and developing QA teams, assigning work, and leading adoption of new tools or ways of working.
• ISTQB accreditation; ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience implementing AI-based testing tools and understanding the capabilities and limitations of AI/ML and large language models in software testing.
• Essential experience with Agile lifecycles and transformation, test automation, risk-based testing, the test lifecycle, and SDLC adherence.
• Solid knowledge of network principles, including IP subnetting, routing protocols, Layer 2 protocols, and traffic flows.

Nice to have

• Degree or significant experience in a technical discipline.
• Linux literacy, electronics and electrical safety knowledge, embedded system testing experience, and awareness of hardware architectures.
