TL;DR
Senior QA Manager (AI): Managing quality engineering for high-performance European exchange platforms with an accent on automated testing, CI/CD infrastructure, and AI-centric QA practices. Focus on developing regression frameworks, improving trading-system test coverage, and leading engineers responsible for reliable, low-latency systems.
Location: London, United Kingdom or Amsterdam, Netherlands; four days per week in the office

What you will do
- Manage software quality engineers testing and deploying high-performance Cboe Europe exchange platforms.
- Partner with development and business teams to prioritize, schedule, and staff testing projects.
- Translate testing requirements into automated regression tests and contribute to test tools and techniques.
- Review code, mentor newer team members, and help grow the quality engineering function.
- Support CI/CD deployment pipelines, infrastructure, status reporting, and dashboards.
- Apply modern AI techniques to QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Recent management experience overseeing QA teams, including hiring and developing quality engineers.
- At least three years of experience planning, organizing, and leading testing efforts or teams.
- More than five years of individual-contributor QA experience, including coding test frameworks and automated test cases.
- Experience implementing an AI-centric SDLC in QA, using tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar, and familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks.
- Python or another programming language, strong object-oriented programming skills, SQL, version control, and continuous integration experience with tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- PostgreSQL and Git experience are preferred; Atlassian toolset experience is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial markets and knowledge of order-entry or market-data protocols.
- Familiarity with equities, options, futures, indices, and trading concepts.
