TL;DR
Salesforce Project Manager (Salesforce delivery): Managing Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements with an accent on project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risks, and delivery governance. Focus on forecasting labor hours, coordinating cross-functional teams, controlling scope and change requests, and supporting testing, releases, and go-live activities during US business hours.
Location: Remote in the Philippines; primarily aligned with US business hours and global team collaboration.

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements.
- Develop and maintain project plans covering schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments.
- Manage delivery-level budgets, labor hours, forecasts, utilization, burn rates, and estimates to complete.
- Identify and mitigate delivery, financial, resource, scope, client, and execution risks.
- Coordinate project governance, status reporting, documentation, change control, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, deployment, go-live, and project closure activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
- Experience managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Experience with project budgets, labor hours, resource forecasts, burn rates, estimates to complete, schedules, and resource plans.
- Strong understanding of scope management, change control, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional functional and technical teams and presenting project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, plus strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering Salesforce or other enterprise CRM/CX implementations.
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or other recognized project management and delivery certifications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce delivery, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies.
