Working Student (m/w/d) Logistics

What you will do

• Support just-in-time logistics activities across suppliers, manufacturing locations, and project sites.
• Prepare, review, organize, and archive logistics and business documentation.
• Send shipment notifications, track shipments, and provide status updates.
• Maintain shipment information in company systems and databases.
• Review and process freight invoices according to internal procedures.
• Provide operational support to the Logistics Operations team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a recognized German university.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and take a proactive approach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English or German.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Previous logistics, supply chain, business administration, or operations experience through internships, student jobs, or academic projects.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, ERP platforms, data management, or reporting tools.
• Flexibility to support urgent operational requirements.
