Senior Systems Integrator (IDV)

What you will do

• Integrate identity verification solutions for commercial and enterprise customers.
• Develop integration plans covering business, operational, communication, scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify and document technical work required for customer implementations.
• Coordinate delivery, customer, product, support, and internal teams across complex integration projects.
• Escalate release and implementation risks and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate teams.
• Improve integration practices, documentation, knowledge sharing, delivery consistency, and team sustainability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with the hirify.global IDV product.
• Typically 7+ years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with SaaS products, including APIs and SDKs.
• Strong technical integration experience and the ability to support customer solutioning.
• Ability to resolve complex integration issues and make appropriate escalations for broad-scope decisions.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
