Director, Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with regular regional travel

What you will do

• Establish and strengthen relationships with senior client executives across the Nordic Capital Markets region.
• Develop client profiles, annual strategic account plans, trip reports, and retention initiatives.
• Identify and close additional revenue opportunities for products, consulting, and product development.
• Coordinate product presentations, sales pipelines, pricing negotiations, and documentation with Legal and Finance.
• Renew client agreements and negotiate contract terms, conditions, pricing proposals, and Service Level Agreements.
• Review client satisfaction results and performance metrics, then coordinate action plans and follow-up.

Requirements

• Degree-level education.
• At least 5 years of Account Management experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and knowledge of the Nordics.
• Ability to build trusting relationships, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and negotiate.
• Ability to exceed client expectations and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages.
