IT Program Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Virtual - Lithuania

Salary: €65,000–€75,000 gross annual; final offer depends on experience and competencies.

What you will do

• Establish and maintain project and program management methodologies, standards, tools, frameworks, and governance practices.
• Oversee IT PMO governance and strategy, including stage-gate processes and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Lead the IT capacity-planning process and incorporate software development lifecycle practices into the PMO methodology.
• Develop and maintain the IT merger and acquisition workplan, covering due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
• Lead critical projects from initiation through implementation while monitoring schedules, budgets, progress, and delivery status.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor project management professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree.
• 7+ years of project and program management experience.
• 3+ years of people-management experience with direct reports.
• Ability to coach and develop junior-level team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, priorities, schedules, and budgets.
